I have gone to Ronna for facials and waxes and SHE IS AMAZING!! She is so in tune with my needs as a client and I am treated with respect EVERY time I see her. I have ""salon hopped"" prior to finding her but not anymore! After I had gotten my first facial from her... 4 people told me my skin looked different ...I had more of a glow and they wondered what I did!! This is true! That hooked me right there!!! From the moment I walked in the staff was friendly and not to mention timely with getting me back at my scheduled slot. I am so excited for my first hair color and cut .....I will keep...

Terrible service - felt rushed

I went for a cut, color, and highlights twice. I won't mention this stylist?s name. Both times I felt rushed. The appointments are scheduled too close together and he has customers waiting for 20 minutes while he is finishing my hair. I have to say, the end result after the first haircut was good - that's the only reason I didn't give this review just one star. The last time I went, my appointment was at 3:30. By the time he was finished with my color and highlights it was 5:00 and he hadn't even started cutting my hair. He spent a few minutes rushing through the cut because his 5:00...
