It's all about the "twirling knives" at these "solid" teppanyaki-style Japanese steakhouses in Pelham and Port Chester whipping up fare that's "typical" for the genre, and "plenty of it"; even if the traditional decor "leaves something to be desired", they remain ultra-"popular" (especially for birthdays), so "call in advance", or prepare to "wait."
