Office Manager - Marianne is the worst. Take your business else where. These women are rude, line out the door and they're going on about their personal lives as we all stand there waiting for customer service. THEY WONT HELP YOU...BOTTOM LINE - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE...I did and so happy now.

Worst serive in the world. Most rude women working there talking about their personal affairs while the customers are waiting to be helped. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSE WHERE. TRUST ME. The office manager thinks she can talk down to you. Excuse me...I believe I'm the customer and I support YOUR JOB lady. Her name is Marianne and she should really find a new job.

Called office on Saturday Dec. 3, 2011 at 10:30am for quote. I was greeted (nix that - ungreeted) with the worst customer service. The extremely rude woman, Marianne (office manager - no less) said she could not help me, there was only on a skeleton crew (not my problem-I'm a customer), and concluded with saying she'll put me on hold for at least 20 minutes then only maybe she could get back to me. As I was replying to her she hung up on me in mid sentence!!! I called back immediately for her name which she gave me - Marianne. I explained she just hung up on me and her response and I quote "Oh I hung up on you, well it was my pleasure". What kind of business do you operate? I have never in my life experience such rude customer service and the lack of professionlism amazes me. This woman should not be working with the public. I am even more appalled to see on their website that this woman "Marianne" is the Office Manager. Really?? Wow. I am a hardworking business woman myself and actively involved with the Springfield Community. I selected this establishment to support local business in Springfield. I will certainly get the word out that no one should EVER do business with this company. I will contact the owner or organization directly and the BBB (better business bureau) as well.Tina

If you are pressed for time I suggest you find somewhere else to do business. I have never seem such unprofessionalism before in my life. The insurance company itself I like, but they need staff that like to help and don't mind helping people. They seem to forget that you are providing them with a job. I have been in the office trying to pay my car insurance, their is a line almost out the door, and are sitting their having a conversation, about something thats not pertaining to the job. They are very rude and lazy. They don't even want to answer the phone. I am looking on taking my business somewhere else, I am spending my hard earn money with this company I deserve to be treated with dignity and respect.
