Made an appointment from 8 to 12.They called back at 11 to ask to change time from 2 to 5.I agreed. But then nobody came. And nobody called.But I took PTO for that day!!!Why they don't value customers???

Gabby is a biotch. She doesn't work with the customer (me) and expected me to work with HER schedule after she canceled on me twice. She was rude and did not care that I was inconvenienced. We set an appointment for Saturday they she canceled Friday morning and we scheduled for Friday …
