Well you cant please everyone. We were not 2 hours late because our appointments run 8-10 10-12 12-2 2-4 4-6 but this particular customer could not grasp that concept.And the customer was right the home had no air conditioning and was 90 degrees out. Besides that the carpet was 10th generation with urine stains rust and a black traffic pattern that looked as if the carpets had not been cleaned...

This company is a rare find they worked hard cleaning our tile, and it was dirty from are 2 dogs. came out smelling and looking great. keep up the good work Scott.

Your appointment was between 2-4 but for some reason you were unable understand the between part. As far as your carpets you paid 100.00 for almost 1200 square feet 15 year old carpet with sever staining and traffic patterns.
