Blatantly lies to my face and tried to low ball me to %10 of its full value. When I pulled my phone out and pulled up the pricing and web sights they just asked me to me leave cause they were caught. Complete trash......

EXTREMELY RUDE!!! They do provide fair prices but the way they run their business is absolutely non-acceptable. Not only did their teller speak down to me didn't even allow me to talk without cutting me off. If you want to sell or setup a loan while being disrespected at the same time by all means give them your business.

Shady place and rude staff. I was talking to the older man when he asked this younger Eastern European looking guy some advice about my jewelry, the guy took a look at it and tossed on the table, the older guy then gives it back to me and says sorry we can't take this, I ask why not? And he completely ignores me!! That's not a way to treat people! I'm no thief and my jewelry isn't garbage !!!
