Called late the night before for a 6:45 AM pickup. Immediately got a text with a confirmation number and a text in the morning with the driver's name and phone number. On time, professional, great!

Eastern has failed me twice now with this latest incident resulting in me and my family missing our flight. As one of the few car services that offers car seats, my options are limited. This place is the worst. They just stranded me with my cat, car never showed up, every time I called they said 2 minutes, and they were incredibly rude. I will never use them again. Horrible, horrible place.

They get an extra star because when I have taken them, the cars are nicer and the drivers have been ok. However, today was the last time.
