I have been going through a very painful process to obtain a VPK certificate. It has never been this difficult before (this is my 3rd child to apply).
To complicate matters, we just recently moved and didn't initially have the listed items for proof of residency, so I submitted the VPK application with a copy of the signed deed and it was rejected. I resubmitted with a copy of the FPL bill...

The staff here are amazingly helpful! I went in not realizing that I was at the wrong location for what I needed to get done. Instead of turning me away and telling me which office to go to they figured out how to help me so I wouldn't have to run around with my kids in tow. I was incredibly appreciative of their kindness and professionalism.

When someone schedules an appointment for 8am, knowing that this mom works full time, it would be nice of you were actually seen at 8am. I was here 10 minutes early, stood in hallway because they keep doors locked until 8am exactly. Now I have been waiting over 25 minutes in the waiting area and I am the first scheduled appointment for the day... this is ridiculous and unprofessional!
