They'll charge you an over draft fee and not even cover the bill that was scheduled for auto pay. They are extremely unethical and justify it by saying "it's our policy". I'll stick with Wells Fargo, the lesser of two evils, at least they cover the bill while you get things sorted out for that fee. Partner Credit Union won't do anything for it and charge you anyway. Margie Duran is extremely rude and unprofessional. I would recommend that you use a different credit union. Being in the lending industry, if I talked to clients and treated them like she did I would be looking for a job. She hung up on my Dad twice and once on the car dealership. Probably by far the worst financial institution to exist. My family has been with Partner (Eagle Legacy) for 25 years and ever since it changed to partner, everything has gone down hill.
