I am registered with a couple of agencies in SD and this is by far the nicest group of people! Yes, the market is slow right now, so a lot of the agencies are slow. The difference here is that when I call, I dont get the impatient, rude hustle-off-the-phone "we'll mark you available" jargon. I was very pleased with my experience at Abcow. Unlike most agencies, the process was very personal, I didn't get the run around and wasn't put up on 1,000 tests that I didn't need! It did help that I brought in scores from a different agency, they honored those scores and I did not have to sit through it all again. Not worth the time - quite typical of agencies Granted the staff was kind when you go in to apply, but you are stuck doing the same tests regardless of how many times or how many branches you have applied for a job. I was able to print and fill out all the paperwork and take my assessments at the convenience of my own home. It saved me so much time doing it at home rather doing it in their office. The staff was very friendly when I first came in.
