If you care about customer service look elsewhere. I waited for the estimator to show up all day and when I call to ask what happened only then do I discover that he s not coming. No proactive update. When he does finally come the next day he promises to email me the estimate the next day. Only when I call 4 days later I m told that he told me verbally so if I forgot he can email it. Problem is...

Few years ago they replaced a condenser unit for me without first applying for a permit. They left the electric box open and didn't replace it. Although they charged extra to provide coating to protect the equipment they didn't do so. On top of it all they over charged me. I was told they would call me when they were coming over to fix my faucet. After waiting all day they called and my cellphone rang once and I missed the call. I called RIGHT BACK and after a few minutes the operator discovered the plumber was sent home since I didnt answer!! Apparently they have so much business they don't care about anyone. I am going to call someone that's not afraid to pay...
