I have searched consecutively for a non egotistical martial arts facility, where they actually teach you technique by practice instead of bullying. You will find this place does not smell like...

This is just a great place to work out, have fun, and learn Muay Thai from a very experienced teacher. "Kru" Mark is the best...I've seen him teach everyone from beginner to competitive fighter....

Limited training space, over priced, limited class schedule. I highly recommend that you look into other neighborhood gyms.

Hello sifu, I'm writing here so people know how awesome Sifu Mark and the rest of the staff. I bring my kids here and Not only they teach them respect and discipline but they really care about every kids and teach them to strive to be the best.

Dynasty is my second home i love to come here after work and when i walk inside the dojo i don't think about anything else, is like stress free. All the Instructors are very Professional and are really passionate about their own arts. My whole family comes here. I just love it
