The customer service is horrible. I have a triplex being painted and I wanted some help from their 'color experts'. I had an appointment with Jessica, (which I was on time) she just blew me off and took another customer. Another employee tried to intervene on my behalf, but she was just rude and uncaring. I could not wait because I had another appointment.
