I asked for modification on my beverage in my own timber and wouldn't serve me. I said all the 4 other Dunkin s had no problem obliging me ..don't ho here poor managerial direction

I understand employees up sell their products to make more profit for their employer but before we even placed our order today. We said no and proceeded in what we wanted. They got our order right and received it in a timely manner. I usually...give Dunkin' Donuts good reviews not today on our up selling experience! Beware of this practice if you decide to try use their drive thru here.
