Despite only about six people in line, the staff seemed utterly overwhelmed. It took us about 20 minutes from the time we entered until the time we left. Good food would have made the wait bearable.

Cream cheese bagel gets a (2.7) from me. Cream Cheese to bagel ratio was all out of whack, if you serve bagels with CC you should know to crank the bagel out with extra cuz you can take some away...
