Dr Hettler is excellent and the staff is knowledgable and friendly. After using the same eye doctor in Manassas for over 10 years I finally switched to someone local and am very pleased.

Dr. Hettler has been my eye care doctor for over 30 years. He has monitored my vision during this time and kept my eyes from getting worse. My vision has changed very little over the years. The office staff is friendly and attentive to your needs too. I have received numerous complaints on my glasses. I have no interest in going any where else.

I have been quite put off by the customer service of the staff in this office. When I got my new glasses I realized they had the wrong lenses, and when I called them about it the person who had written my order insisted that the error was mine and I got what I asked for. He was quite antagonizing and …
