I had total hip replacement by Dr Jacobs-El because he was recommended by many health professionals as being the best in the Aurora area. I started to have pain again about 2 weeks post op and tried to get hold of him every day for a week with no response. In the end I had a stress fracture of the femur. I used a walker from Nov to June and then crutches . My leg is 1 inch shorter now. Terrible...
Lack of empathy, barely listened, ordered MRI and sent me on my way. Sweet girl who took all of my info before doctor saw me gave me more info than the doctor. Will be requesting an appointment with a different doctor in the practice after MRI, even if it means waiting for an appointment.
