I am a 49 year old male. And move to Knoxville 4 years ago. I started seeing Dr Rice and he is the first doctor that I have had that actually listens to what I am saying. Also he always takes time with me and never rushes me out of the room. Basically I think he is the best doctor I have ever had. The only worry I have is that he might retire.
