I was going thru a bout with spinal stenosis which had me in tears daily. I couldn't even walk a full block without stopping. I didn't think this was a fight that I could win. I have been seeing Dr. Gopal for several years. I just received an injection in my back for my spinal stenosis and it helped me a lot. I could walk further and do not have to run for a seat every time I take a few steps. Each time I receive an injection, it helps. One time I was even able to dance at my grandson's wedding, even after being in terrible pain previous to the shot.
