Very poor bedside manner and did not show any concern for the patient. I never received the results of my biopsy taken until I called them 2 weeks later. Dr. Frankel seemed very lackadaisical in her care

Was avoiding finding a new primary but glad I found Dr Alger and the team. They made the routine annual checkup, bloodwork/labs easy. I was in and out, no waiting around all day,. Doc spent time chatting and getting to know each other. Great office location near downtown, easy parking.

Wow, I was surprised at some of these reviews. I have been going to Dr Frankel for 3 years and really love her! I find her well educated, personable and professional. She diagnosed nasal cell carcinoma on me and I have been seeing her every 6 months. Her skin checks are certainly the most thorough ive Ever had.

Dr Frankel never had me wait too long for her but when she did come it was quick and she didn't seem to care much for helping/cure skin issue. She prescribed a topical cream and gave me low expectation that it would even work. Which after my own research I found out it is not a topical skin issue. This issue is lessoned my quality of life. Sad when a doctor that should care just doesn't at...

I've been a patient of his for 2 years. I really do not enjoy going in to see him. He comes across as judgemental and frankly seems like he has no clue about illnesses. I came in very ill at the beginning of July, and told him I ate raw oysters. He looked at me like I was insane that I thought I might have gotten something from the oysters, and spent maybe 10 min or less with me. No bloodwork...
