I had to wait a bit for my appointment and didn’t like being in the waiting room. I specify asked to not wait in the waiting room so I called from my car to be sure it was empty. After checking in I was asked to remain in the waiting room for 15 minutes longer. This just increases my anxiety about going there. I could have waited in my car if when I called she told me.

Love the Dr and his assistant's. The doctor is thorough, explains everything that needs to be done, and gentle. You don't walk out thinking what did I have done and what do I need to have done. All that information has been given to you. It's always a wonderful experience.

I moved up to the front desk as a treatment care coordinator in 2013 and assist our patients with scheduling appointments and verifying insurance benefits.
