Rude, dismissive. Made incorrect psychiatric diagnosis despite being provided with internal medicine and lab data clearly diagnostic of serious medical (non psych) condition causing symptoms - a diagnosis so obvious any medical resident would not miss it. Would not acknowledge mistake. Refused to release records until provided with written copy of pertinent regulations.

Trying to get a copy of an invoice for weeks from Rika, assistant to Dr Kanawati, dating back to November. Most unhelpful. It has to fit her schedule, not considering client.
