The wait to be seen was rather long. 30 minutes. And I was a bit irritated that there were 6+ children come in after us, and be seen before us. Apparently, there was a computer crash in January, where my appointment had been lost. I suppose the wait was because they were "fitting me in", although I shouldn't have had to be penalized because of something out of my control. That being said, if I...
