I have been using these folks about a year now. I'd cracked a filling and they fixed it. I had a few other fillings replaced the following week. When I returned six months later a different dentist in the same office saw me. He said I needed crowns on the teeth they just filled last visit. He looked at the outside of four molars that had just been filled in this very office and said I needed crowns. I asked if they were decayed and he said they weren't. I asked why they filled them last visit and he didn't have an answer for me. The hygienist also tried to up sell me braces. I'm not sure what type of racket they have going on.
The dentist is super nice as well as their staff I didn't have to wait at all my baby was crying and they hold my baby while I was getting my teeth clean just lovely people :)
Had an appointment scheduled for 8. Checked in at 8:02. Sat for 45 mins went to the desk to find out the issue. Had to fuss and ask for office manager only to find out the lady in front never checked us in! Horrible experience
