I have not ever been treated with so much disrespect and like a total idiot as I was be him. After being left in a treatment room for over an hour then moved to another room for another 20 minutes he arrived. His greeting was cool like I was inconvenienceing him. I like Dr. Grigsby and the staff who attended to me in the examining rooms. HOWEVER, I find it very unprofessional for the women behind the reception desk to be texting and facebooking on their cell phones every free moment!

She knows her stuff perfectly well, a very nice person and knowledgeable doctor. Except for the fact that her cell phone number shown on her business card is not always answered by the doctor herself thus not always reachable.
