although Dr Rubio is a fantastic doctor, his staff leaves a lot to be desired. You can't get ahold of them by phone. You are routed to and the answering service that you can leave a three-word message.. They never call you back. Refuse to have medical records released to his office. Didnt care to look over Medical disk which I had on hand.He need to study patients condition before diagnosis. Like to vent & assume. Without studying patients file. So patient to see correct specialist/ surgeon. Hes careless dont know how to fill out form for MRI put the wrong body part for MRI request for surgeon. The office is so dirty that humans should not be seen there the vet office is Kingsburg is cleaner that his office seriously I felt sicker after I left from looking around how dirty it was from chairs to rooms just plane grossed out

Dr. Rubio is a very good doctor. He's very polite, He listens to you, and true to find the best way to treat you. And does not rush you out the door. If I could give him a thousand star's I would. Very compassionate doc.
