She is thorough, personable, and takes the time to know you and your specific issues.
She runs late all the time. Plan accordingly. One way around it is to schedule first appt. in the morning, or first after lunch. I will say she gives you the same thorough time as she does the patients that put her behind.
Parking is at a premium; leave plenty of time to circle the garage several times.
