The office is staffed with incompetent people. Twice after making appointments for the PA they confirmed the appointment in advance and after spending time in the waiting room I was informed that "he is not in today". Then they seemed to be upset with me---As if I should have known !!
Furthermore, I attempted to see the Doctor to follow-up on a course of treatment but he was too busy.
