What can I say, downtown.. convenient, friendly service.. have used them for notary service and accepting UPS/FedEx. The markup for USPS is a little tough, but they are providing a service and they deserve to make money for providing convenience. Have never had a problem here and will continue to return :)

I've used their mailbox service for several years...if you live a mobile lifestyle, it's great to have one constant mailing address. If I can't make it back to Sacramento to pick up the box, they will forward it along to my current address for a reasonable fee. Their staff is friendly, and competent.If only the parking were easier...but I'm still giving them 5 stars.

I went there today for the very first time to get some stamps. I have been going to Raleys for years to get my stamps until today I was out of stamps and wanted to check this place out. They charged me extra $$ to get a book of stamps to my surprise. They called it a "convenient" fees, but I called it a "stingy" …

These guys are fantastic. All UPS/FedEx/USPS stores are NOT created equally, and this store really takes customer service to a whole new level.You can (and I have) show up with a cell phone that needs to get to New York and a confused look on your face, or a bag of frozen treats and shrugged shoulders …
