He hopes you are ignorant and don't know he is taking advantage of you. Tries to give you free calendars, etc. ...anything to make you think he's your "friend" while he is simply hoping to sell you the highest rates possible. Assumes a woman is ignorant and talks down to you.....excuse me, but I have two college degrees, three state licensures as a professional. I am not stupid.
