We stay at this hotel often. The facilities are great the staff is very friendly and helpful and the location is ideal. We like that it is a full service hotel with room service, two bars and a restaurant. We will be staying here again and recommend this hotel.

I was attending a football coaching clinic while staying at hotel. Even though the hotel claimed to have secure parking with security personnel, cameras, and gates my car was stolen from the parking lot. The hotel assumed no responsibility. No hot water for showers at 7:30 am Saturday & Sunday ! Friendly front desk staff, very courteous and professional. They could not get the shower water hot ! Cookies a nice touch but skip the walnuts. offer other choices as some folks have allergies.

Enjoyed the convenience of having a dance convention/competition at this hotel. There were good options for food, the kids loved the pool/hot tub, and the location made it easy to come and go for outside activities also. We appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the property.

This is not a cheap place to stay, but it is a common location for conferences and meetings in Sacramento, so many of the guests are staying on their employer's dime.
