My room was very clean and was large with a great work desk. Plenty of outlets for plugging in a multitude of electronics. Beds are very comfortable and the large bath towels are wonderful. Very quiet while still being centrally located. Overall, great location and friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again if in down town Charlotte.
