I am a College student a single mother and I'm glad my daughter and I have a roof over our heads. My apartment is not the best but it's better than nothing. The management raised up the rent, they don't do any upgrade, dogs do their business on the grounds, the grass no one comes to clean it. I needed some fixing my bathroom it tooks almost 6 months or more before the maintenance guy come...

The apartments were pretty nice. The two bedrooms only have one bathroom, but it was really big. Definitely would be better with two bathrooms, but it was okay
Management was good. Problems got fixed right away, and the staff is very nice.
The price was average, considering what the rent is in San Diego now, but overall, it was a nice complex

Rough and crooked roads and pathways, Dirty stairways and walls, trash along side the buildings, very congested parking for only one car, gate does not close, mailbox area has warning against possible poisonous contaminants, loud music people all the time, and a very cranky manager, the list goes on and on.

This place was the worst apartment I've ever been in. Yeah it's cheap but it doesn't help how horible it is. Everything was falling apart when I moved in and they are charging me for it now that i moved out. It was loud and ghetto. the managers barely speak a lick of english and will do nothing to help you. I once had to wait outside my house for three hours after locking my keys inside because...

This place was a nightmare. I moved there in May 2005 to Feb. 2006. It was dirty, not friendly environment/neighbors and my car got broken into twice within one month. I moved out immediately after my car got broken into the second time!
