I called to get my vehicle towed to a tire dealer in champaign. The dispatch team not only did not listen to the location of my vehicle, but never called to inform me they could not find my vehicle. I waited 6 hours nobody ever came or contacted me. So I called back and the dispatch team never wrote down where my vehicle was or the description of my car. Unbelievably frustrating in a time of need.
We were stranded on the interstate near Champaign, IL. The tow truck guy Darren, came to our rescue! He was at our car in only a few minutes to pull us out of the ditch. Our car had to be repaired so he took us to a hotel. What a nice man. Great Job and thanks for all your help.
