Donnie's Country Cookin' Restaurant Review

Korean-born Donnie Kim founded these simple-fare Southern-food restaurants; he then sold some of them, but the new owners retain the original name. Each day features different specials, but the best may well be the baked chicken. Friday's draw is the lovely fresh fried fish (whiting) and coleslaw. Mac 'n' cheese has an exaggerated golden hue but somehow is tasty and comforting. Mashed potatoes...
