We called trying to make an appointment for our little girl, who was going for her first dentist appointment. We encountered MADELINE, who interrupted us repeatedly, barking DO YOU WANT TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT ??? We simply tried to ask how they would handle the situation if she was too scared to sit through all the procedures of a first appointment - to which she rudely butted in and said SO...
