A very Poorly ran dealership. The sales people were very rude, didn't seem to care if they sold me anything or if I was happy at all....
This is the most unfriendly, untimely dealership I have ever dealt with. The salesman that I emailed when I found the vehicle I wanted didn't respond to me for 4 days. So my husband and I took the trip to Athens to look at the car and no one even came out on the lot to see if we needed any help! Just purchased a new Hyundai elantra from Don Wood Hyundai. This is my second purchase from Don Wood. Also, this is my second elantra. Friendly, knowledgable staff. Brent, the manager, dealt with us directly. He found us rebates we didn't even know we're available and gave us more than we expected for our trade in. Great dealership! Great people! I highly recommend Don Wood Hyundai.
Very rude and didn't know anything about selling cars. Would not recommend them to anyone!!!
Went in to just look while doing some shopping in the Athens area. The first thing I seen that I liked was of course the smiling faces of both staff members and the customers. The staff welcomed me with a warm greeting and asked if I needed any help. Of course just being there to look I didn't need any help. They didn't push me into trying their latest greatest "toy" that I couldn't afford....
