She had to re-alter my entire dress-I had lost soo much weight- and she did a WONDERFUL job. She was very pleasant and she had it ready BEFORE the date to p/u. We also got the tux rentals for the hubby and the best man and the boys' and everything fit perfectly the first time. After our wedding, I had her take my gown and make 2 pillows out of it for me to treasure (instead of a dress hanging...

Horrible service!!! She broke the zipper on my dress and when I brought it up to her to fix all she would say is that it wasn't her fault and she would not fix it for free. She tried to charge me $25 to fix something she broke. She knew the zipper worked when I brought it in because I had to try it on for her to alter. She acknowledged it worked when I brought it in, but that it was bad luck...
