Human error is a part of our daily existence. However, I have never experienced the total lack of care or concern that this company has for its customers. They took reservations for more trucks than they actually have. Then called a few hours before or pick up time to say we would not have a vehicle. We asked for assistance to get another vehicle. All request for any help was refused.
