There is a way to get your money back

Michael from New Jersey and myself have contacted Lisa @ netchex and they are issuing refunds from people who have been a victim of Everest. Just email her and tell her what happened and when and you will get a call back. If you call the number that appears on the draft you will get CCR who is giving everyone the runaround.

I was contacted by this company by phone. They claimed that they could help restore my bad credit by giving me a low interest credit card. The guy I talked to, Jim ID#125, was very professional and it sounded like a good deal.

You Are Getting The Run-Around- Get A Refund Instead

Don't believe them when they tell you you are on a call-back list. That is just more run-around. If they used a Netchex draft to debit your account, you can get a refund from Netchex. Please see my report of 10/12/04 for contact info at Netchex. E-mail is [email protected]. I got a refund from them , and now other victims are just starting to get them too.

I have been ripped off of just like all of the other reports that I have read about this company. I too received the phone call regarding a credit call that would help me improve my credit and that only costs $299. I fell for this scam and gave them the payment. I was told that I could cancel this up to 72 hours before the date that the $299 was to be debited from my acount.

I would like to report this everest consumer service company for stealing my money. I was promised a credit card like so many others and received nothing. I would like to go down there with the media and hurt them. but i think the other reports that i have read and there are many that we should all call the police and the media on this company. I know I will be hounding this company on monday...
