worst customer service ever. my prime time has not recorded in 3 days. the manager pretty much said im stuck with their horible service. they will not let me out of my contract.

They are the worst company ever ,,,, DONT YOU EVER GO WITH THEM,,,,I had military order and legally I can cancel the service but they chooses to keep charging me an early cancelation fees and because they have my SSN and they can report on my credit I had to pay the early termination fees, NOT to mention their unprofessional phone agents.

The absolute worst!!! Stay away from Dish and stick with Verizon or Time Warner.
