Answering Service for my Bay Area Company

These people are great! Very professional and it was easy to get setup. Greg set us up with the free test drive and everything worked very well, so we signed on to continue with their answering service and thinking about some of their other services, like order taking. I wished we found them earlier. Saves us a bunch of time and cost.

Direct Line INC is just great!

Direct Line INC is just great! Before I had Direct Line I was just writing everything down in a book and I couldn't find anything! I really like how the messages comes over all organized with the caller ID and everything.

The perfect alternative to new office staff

Direct Line Tele Response makes my office available to clients 24/7. Their well trained people answer, evaluate, route and respond to incoming phone calls at all hours. My office never sounded so good! Completely professional, impressively equipped, with backups and redundancies, this family-run business is the best around.
