Thanks to Ethan and Carlos from Dicks Rancho Glass for putting in our new horizontal sash slider window today. Our neighbor and us replaced our good neighbor fence but... in the process a hole through our double paned window occurred ...a day and a half before a huge rainstorm!

After putting off problems with our sliding glass door for a loong time, I finally called a repair service, Dick's Rancho Glass. Ivan came out about three weeks ago and quickly found the problems: worn out rollers and a misalignment by the contractor 16 years ago. Went to clean the glass inserts in the coffee table & low & behold found there was a large chip in one corner of the middle glass. Took the insert w/me to DRG for color & sizing. I am so happy with the result--it matches in color perfectly (bronze) and the beveled edging is perfect-- you cannot tell the replacement piece from the 2 side pieces.
