Everything was fine and dandy until we needed them to stand behind their workmanship! My ring was checked multiple times per year by them and only worn when I left the house. My ring was 1.23 ct solitaire that just fell off without my knowledge and was lost, the stem prongs and all, and worst of all the ring was less than 2 years old. The Diamond source employees were very unkind and blamed me for their poor workmanship, stating that I must have hit my hand causing my ring to break!! It is obsurd that a $10,000 ring cannot withstand normal every day activities. Please go to the BBB and see their "F" rating before spending good money at The Diamond Source. Two separate independent jewelers looked at my ring and said it was definitely poor workmanship and if they had sold us the ring that they would have stood behind their work. When we went back and explained this to Marco Levy he told us to take them to court. We are taking them to court but this is absolutely unethical business practice. PLEASE BEWARE!!
