They can't get an order right to save their life. I ordered to go and when I get home my plate is missing the shrimp. I call and they put me on hold for 5 minutes. I called and hung up and she said she still hasn't let the cook know and they put me on hold for another 7 minutes, which by that time I had already got to their front door. NOT A LUNCH TIME PLACE: The food normally taste good and the staff is friendly. However, the food prep service (cooking) is very slow. If you only have a hour lunch or dinner skip this place. It is definitely not the vest way to spend that hour. Even when the restaurant only has 5-8 people, it could take an hour before your food will arrive. I would recommend ordering at least 30 minutes...
Not real real italian foods and taste, but if you just need a place to eat, you would be ok going here. Salad is not really that good. The price you paid for the portion amount of foods is kind of high, depend on what you ordered. But the customer services is always good.
