I've been purchasing equipment from DHE since 1997. As a former IT manager, I helped my then client purchase several workstations and a server from DHE. In addition, I have only purchased my systems from DHE that are tailored to my needs as a web designer; have helped others with purchases of computers through them and every system has been top notch and problem free.

Got disappointed. I had a problem with my notebook, which is still under the manufacturer's warranty.
DHE said that they ordered needed parts, and then a week later, I called them and found out that they lied about it. They found that my manufacturer's warranty has an issue and so they did not place the order for the parts without letting me know about it. I wasted the whole week waiting for...
Laptop was still under warranty - Toshiba recommended we bring in to DHE Computer Systems. DHE found visual exterior damage on the unit witch voids the warranty (Reasonable). At this point DHE Computer systems should have called me and explained there is now going to be a charge to look at this unit. Instead they continue to diagnose the system and find no issues. Dan Hammock sent- ""The symptoms you mentioned were all software problems. If you had known how to fix the issue yourself, you would not have needed us or Toshiba"" after we complained about the unauthorized charge.
