Cancelled appointment on a 20 minutes delay. Didn't have my name on the re-scheduled date. Didn't read letter I sent in advance with all the necessary lab tests, and a confirmation of my appointment.
Office staff told me she arrived late today and as a result she's I have to wait more than 2 hours.
