The word "School" implies teaching takes place inside the establishment... This business cannot be referred to in such a word. To gain notice by the teaching staff is like pulling teeth... They've gone through at least 5 instructors within the past year... They pressure poor students into working on infected clients. They are slow with every aspect of their job. Can't keep a constant supply of beauty products. They fill the "REDKEN" labeled bottles of shampoo at the wash station with "ALMOND" shampoo that I wouldn't even wash my dog with! Students are forced to be resourceful when using color on a client because they never have the color needed for the job... We refer to the color mixing as "Color Cocktails". Only once did my client get checked to see if I had done a sufficient job in my 7 months of attendance. Students on the "Floor" are seen reading magazines, chatting, falling asleep, or are actually absent shopping while clocked in because the "Instructors" don't notice anything. Instructors can be caught "borrowing" students own supplies if absent... Request any kind of paperwork from the office and you'll be told you'll receive it at their "earliest convenience" which will never come if they find your request to be minor. Ask them about any of my accusations and they will not recall any of it!!! But I dare you to ask me about more because I could appal you by the way they have personally treated me....
Got cut and color with DJ today and it looks fantastic. Beautiful job on the color. You absolutely cannot beat the price either.
