send you damaged goods

sent me a light that must have been returned, it was damaged and put together in the box...they won`t make good for it..RIP OFF COMPANY !!!

Bain and switch shady business.

ordered a lamp 30% off on memorial day weekend sale. 5 days later they call usi to tell us that the price is wrong and we need to pay that 30% or cancel the order. I AM NOT MAKING THIS UP. Have been shopping online for a very long time and have never and I mean never came across such a shady, disorganized, poor customer service company.

Jim fixed my antique floor lamp!

I went shopping for a new floor lamp, but when I saw the prices for a new one that wasn't total c@!%!y a@s c@!p c@!p,, I decided to unearth an old antique floor lamp from my basement that was broken. I have past by Designer Lighting and Fan Center on my travels through Edison, NJ 10,000 times and always wondered how they stayed in business being in such an tough location. The corner of Route 27 and Plainfield Road is a clustermess of epic proportions (lots of traffic, inconvenient parking), but I called and brought my antique floor lamp in to Jim to have it looked at. The fixture was broken, but when I arrived, Jim was able to fix it for me right then and there! The best part; the final cost was only $34.18 !!!!! So instead of dropping $300.00 plus for a new floor lamp, Designer Lighting and Floor Center was able to fix my antique, old broken lamp for one tenth of the cost of a new one. So if you ever wonder where to go to have your broken lamp fixed, Jim at Designer Lighting and Fan Center is the man to see! It very pleasant experience and I would recommend them to all my family and friends!
