live here for a year now and I am definitely renewing my contract. the community is very peaceful, very clean and management is really helpful with all my concerns. I even referred a friend to live here. thank you especially to Danielle for being so nice!

The manager starts out nice then before you know it he is raising the rent by 100 bucks. He charges for every little thing light bulb 29 bucks light switch 80 clogged pipe 150. Yeah this place...
